In January 2004 we travelled for the first time to The Gambia for
a long weekend in the sun and this is how we met Boy Leigh.
Boy Leigh was our guide and in the 72 hours we spend
in The Gambia he was able to show us a piece of his
country in a nice way.
When the weekend was over and we were flying back home
we noticed how impressed we were with both the country
and with Boy Leigh. It felt like we were leaving a friend behind.
We have travelled a lot and seen many places
on this world. Of course we met many people.
Our meeting with Boy Leigh in The Gambia was one of the nice meetings.
His way of guiding, his explanations about the nature, culture and the sights and the way
he manages to harmonise people from different cultures
really touched us. So it wasn't long before we
travelled back again to The Gambia and of course to Boy Leigh.
This time we went on trip with him through The Gambia
and through Senegal.

We made this website for Boy Leigh so we can help him too support himself
and his family by guiding toerist through The Gambia.

We can advice Boy Leigh as a guide for anyone who are looking for
a good, sweet, trustworthy and knowledgeable guide.
He will show you the Gambia in a fun and
authentic way. Get away from the mass tourism, away
from the money scams and way from prejudice. We hope
that those who'll  join Boy Leigh will also get to see
a magical piece of Africa and will also have a
funfilled and extraordinary holiday like we had.
